Hanging youth in hanging spots
According to citizens of the 'Leidsche Rijn'
in Utrecht the hanging youth was a big
problem.
As an artist in residence there I biked around
in search for the hanging youth, but I after a
month I still couldn't find them. What I did
find where 'hanging spots' 20.000 euro each
bought by the government at the factory for
hanging spots.
Because I saw no youth hanging on these spots
I decided to make promotional pictures for
them with a mixed 'benetton' group formed by
the local youth. |
